1. Administrative , meeting arrange support by Department request
2. Support for Department activity or Project demand and IT basic knowledge is required (install coach)
3. Reporting summary and data analysis (tool/part rate / Labor hours count..)
4. Known for basic excel and PowerPoint
5. Good English communication
6. Team building/dinner event arrangement
7. Office environment management
8. Coordinate the customer safety training / Coach/assist external foreigner into customer site
9. Assist team deliver the letter / package post office.
 

Education and experience
Bachelor degree and above in Business Administration, or comparable

Microsoft application skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Sets priorities and structures daily operations, plans ahead and keeps deadlines.
Good documentation management and data analysis skill.
