The Program:

We are hiring students with a diverse set of skills and experiences to join us, across the different organizations that make us HP, inc. Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience, give you an opportunity to make an impact, have some fun, and meet great people along the way.  

Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

 Your Profile: 

Data Analysis and reporting – ability to manage large amounts of employee data to drive processes, obtain relevant insights, identify trends and measure results. Project Management: ability to track progress, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed. Document Management and Recordkeeping: Skills in managing and organizing employee files—whether in physical or digital formats. Process Improvement Methodologies: identifying inefficiencies and streamlining HR processes. Microsoft Excel (or Equivalent): Advanced Excel skills, like data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic data analysis, are useful for managing and analyzing HR data. 

Education and Experience Required:

Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in June 2026.Preferably studying Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field.Fluency in English.
