Internship - HR Recruiting with Italian

**The position**

If HR or Recruiting interests you, we offer a paid internship within our team working for the Italian Market. This is your chance to gain insights into recruitment processes in an international company that impacts both human and animal lives.
The duration of this contract is 6 months, with the possibility of extension for another 6 months. Working hours are flexible (Monday – Friday).
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
+ Learn how to use different tools and systems to recruit promising employees.
+ Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate applications.
+ Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for company job vacancies.
+ Participate in other tasks in the recruitment process, including communication with hiring managers and organizing job postings.
+ Serve as a central point of contact, guiding applicants through their application process and answering any queries related to the position.
+ Share your ideas and identify areas for process improvement.
**About a Future Boehringer Ingelheim Intern**
We are seeking students or graduates with a strong command of both Italian and English - these language skills are essential. Spanish would be an additional asset.
It would be advantageous if you are studying or have graduated in psychology, journalism, sociology, administration, Italian philology, or a comparable field of study with a focus on human resources.
**Additionally, we are looking for:**
+ Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week and ideally a minimum of 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday (we can be flexible and adjust to your schedule)
+ Proactivity, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work
+ Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high level of reliability and confidentiality
+ Distinct empathy, team spirit, and a service-oriented mindset
+ Knowledge of MS Office and other MS tools would be beneficial
