Actively contribute to the implementation of a global HR transformation project, e.g., coordinating measures and supporting project managementActively work on strategic HR initiatives with a focus on sustainability, compliance, and diversity projects, e.g., developing and implementing measures to promote inclusion and sustainabilityAssist in analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes on a global and local level and support the introduction of more efficient workflows and toolsOrganize, prepare, and follow up on (global) HR workshops and meetingsSupport change and communication measures, e.g., preparing informational materials for various stakeholder groups and communication formatsPrepare and create presentations, reports, and decision-making documents for top management on specific HR topics and initiatives
