Side by side with your tutor in this internship program you will feel part of our HR team learning and interacting with different areas. Moreover, you will learn about the processes, procedures, and on-going team activities, such as:

 

The HR Intern will learn by participating in the various processes of the HR Department:

Employee Lifecycle:

Onboarding plan to ensure effective integration into the company. Target setting, performance standard evaluation, training plans and talent management to ensure employee success and development. Offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees Continuously assess the employee experience to develop improvement plans.

 

Events and Activations to live our passion for the Brand:

Participate in organizing brand actions and events to foster a sense of belonging among employees. Collaborate in planning and executing internal events that reinforce corporate culture.

 

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Wellbeing:

Support DEI plans organization to create an inclusive work environment. Support wellbeing activities to create a healthy work environment.

 

Communication:

Participate in the HR department communication channels, such as the employee portal and HR mailbox. Support internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

Student of HR related studies, business administration, or law. Fluent in English& Spanish, both written as well as verbal fluency Good knowledge of MS office Convincing, communicative, and flexible personality, able to establish rapport quickly Team player, yet able to organize/prioritize work within scope independently Strong project management skills, attention to detail Strong sense of ownership Resilient, inquisitive and tenacious; possesses an inherent drive to “solve the puzzle” at all odds against tight timelines in a demanding environment. Interest in managing coordination and administration tasks in complex corporate environment

ELIGIBILITY  

Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship   Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)  Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 15th – July 15th 2025 Ability to relocate to Zaragoza in Spain or the full duration of the internship
