Job Summary
This role is responsible for improving the customer experience and handling a variety of issues and concerns while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsible for maintains positive customer relationships, data analysis and reports.
Contributes to process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
The main mission of the intern will be to develop and deploy a solution to replace customer units in case of complaints.

Enrolled at the University in one of the following courses: Business Administration, Law, Computer Science, Engineering or related areas.
