This 6 months internship, based in Parma, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the shaping of future global innovations in the food sector. You will be immersed in a dynamic environment where you will work on projects aimed at identifying and developing innovative food solutions that meet the evolving tastes and dietary needs of consumers worldwide. Purpose of the Role + Engaging in trend analysis, consumer research and market data to identify and prioritize new opportunities for innovation. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to further validate new concepts focusing mainly on product design strategy (from the recipe to the graphical packaging). + Establishing and maintaining relationships with regional marketing teams based in US, Europe and Asia, to foster collaborative efforts on innovation projects. Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive analysis to uncover insights that drive innovation. + Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to the development of innovative product concepts. + Support the manager in preparing presentations and reports to communicate innovation projects to stakeholders across the company, assisting in the coordination of the planning and budget management. Requirements + A Master or Master’s degree in Marketing Management + Proficiency in both English and Italian, enabling effective communication in our diverse and dynamic environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint + Eagerness to learn and contribute to Marketing processes and strategies.
