Internship Program

Immerse yourself in the world ofTiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world ofluxury jewelrythrough on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025to August 8, 2025.Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.

The Industrial External Planning Intern will work to learn, evaluate, and document the Industrial Planning Teams monthly Planning process and identify opportunities of efficiencies.They will also conduct a comprehensive review of current reports and help identify potential improvements to facilitate more efficient and accurate planning activities.

Key Accountabilities

Industrial Planning Process Overview and SOP support

Learn Industrial Plannings key processes and support SOP documentation Testing and validating SOPs and proposing any potential improvements Support continuous communication plan of SOPs to cross-functional teams Generate a visual process presentation for Industrial Planning Teams key processes

Reporting Optimization

Identify improvements to Industrial Planning reporting to improve the existing planning processes (Open Order/Past due reporting; New Product ship schedules; Metrics. etc.)

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Business or Supply Chain field curriculum program Proficient in English Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and attention to detail Strong MS Office skills particularly using Excel, Power Point, Visio and Word
