Are you passionate about adult learning and eager to help shape modern training experiences in a dynamic IT environment? Do you enjoy organizing, creating learning content, and working collaboratively on meaningful projects? Then this opportunity is for you!
 \nWe are looking for a committed intern starting in September 2025 to support our IT Marketing & Change Management team with a strong focus on learning development and coordination for 6 months. You will gain deep insights into the world of IT training, Marketing and Change management while actively contributing to our \"We Love Tech\" strategy.

 

What you can expect:

\nSupporting the conception and implementation of our relaunched IT training strategy\nAssisting in the production and design of e-learnings for our IT training portfolio\nProviding administrative support with our learning management system (LMS)\nExploring and applying innovative tools for training creation – including the use of GenAI powered platforms to make IT trainings more effective and engaging for end users\nCoordination of training sessions and other ongoing training activities\nSupporting the IT Strategy & Transformation Management team in operational change management activities in the global S/4 HANA implementation project.\nAssisting in the design and execution of targeted communication on various communication channels and media outlets\nSupporting content creation (graphics, text, video)\nAssisting in the organization, coordination, and facilitation of marketing events and workshops\n

 

Your profile:

\nCurrently pursuing a degree in adult education studies, communication, information sciences, change management, media or a related field\nPrevious experience in training & content creation (preferably proficiency in Articulate Storyline or other e-learning authoring tool)\nInterest in training, change management and IT topics\nStrong team and communication skills\nAbility to work independently and in a structured manner\nFluent in German and English at a B2 level\n\n
