Internship - Learning & Systems Specialist

Are you looking for an internship combining training, systems and HR in one exciting role? Do you want to keep systems up to date, provide insights and be in close contact with various international stakeholders in our company?


In this role you will have the chance to get valuable, realistic and hands-on experience in the field of Learning and HR. You will be part of the Global HR Team in Rotterdam working together with the Group Manager Learning & Development and the HR Information System Manager. Per the new year we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team as our:

Learning Systems Specialist

The position
In this role, you will report to the Group Human Resources Information Systems Manager, focusing on the Learning Module of SAP SuccessFactors. You will play a key role in supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally and within our Business Units by updating, setting up, and assigning training programs in our Learning Management System. 
 
To make this opportunity even more exciting, you will contribute to various support tasks related to our HRI Systems (SuccessFactors) implementation.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Course management: create, upload, and manage course items, programs, and learning paths in the LMS, including platforms like GoodHabitz, Leadership Programs, Cybersecurity, and Safety webinars or classroom training.Content maintenance: regularly update training content, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and proper version control.User assignment: Assign training programs to employees using manual or automated profiles, ensuring accurate enrollment.Reporting and analytics: generate, analyze, and distribute reports on training completion, learner progress, and program effectiveness. Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights.Instructional design: support the creation of engaging training materials using tools like Articulate 360 and Vyond. Coordinate translation verifications with Key Users.Issue escalation: identify and escalate technical issues or bugs to external partners for resolution.

 
About you:

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor and looking for an internshipComfortable working with systems and data, with strong analytical skills.Excited to learn and use multimedia or eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond; training provided).Want to gain experience in an international, fast paced and growing company in the FMCG industryFluent in English (written and spoken).Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and highly detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.You like to be in touch with different stakeholders and understand the importance of internal customer serviceYou like to be part of an international and dynamic team and environment’Available for at least 28 or 32 hours per week for at least a period of 6 months from February 2025 onwards;
