Job Specific Responsibilities: 

This was position will be in the Mechanical Designer office to get a feel for the engineering design work we do as well as involvement in our Engineering Capital Project management and execution across all facilities.   This will provide the intern some exposure to a number of different functional areas throughout their summer internship with us.  Summer Internship in Process Controls dealing with new capital projects across all plants.    Technology/process focused projects including developing scope, project requests, equipment requisition, planning, scheduling, and implementation.   Assist in control systems for capital projects for new equipment and upgrades.  Support innovation, best practices, and value for the organization.  Investigates new technologies to see if they are viable for applications and reports findings to their direct manager.  Identifies repetitive issues to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
