Support EHW SEA Cluster Lead Physician in enhancing GSK reputation for OH and EHW in the SEA Cluster (countries in scope are Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand) Align to Global OH and EHW strategy, support an integrated approach to managing all workplace health, wellbeing, occupational health risks and opportunities Assist in developing and deploying country and site health plans Assist in coordinating and engaging Health & Wellbeing Champions Health data analytics: gathering health-related data and conducting analysis to identify trends and risks Prepare and send out health promotional material and communications e.g. posters, e-mails, social media posts (Workplace) Support in management of OH and EHW projects and initiatives for in person and online events Understand and apply GSK OH and EHW resources accordingly Support Independent Business Monitoring (IBM) gap analysis & governance process around health standards Work in accordance with local GSK Performance with Choice (flexible workplace arrangement) policy – minimum 2 days in the office (APAC Regional Hub, Petaling Jaya and Pharmaceutical Commercial Office, 1 Powerhouse) What will you learn? Understand how to identify business health risks and opportunities for intervention Gain experience on project management by organising and supporting OH and EHW projects in the organisation Apply behavioural change theories in the design and implementation of health programs to promote healthy behaviour among employees Engage stakeholders to improve participation rate Monitor and review outcome indicators for Health and Wellbeing projects The following essential skills will be developed and mentored: Projects and events management Communication Stakeholder management Resource and time management What are we looking for? Business Skills and Competencies Strong passion for health and wellbeing Educational background – Healthcare related e.g. medicine, public health, occupational safety and health, health promotion, health physiology, pharmacy, nursing, dentistry, psychology, nutrition, dietetics, etc. Candidates with backgrounds in mass communications or MBA with a strong passion for health and wellbeing can also be considered Proficient in use of IT and software/systems, ideally document management and database systems Strong presentation, communication, and multimedia skills (Microsoft Office) Analytics driven, outcomes focused and impact oriented Prior experience with visual communications such as graphics design and video editing will be an added advantage Behavioural Skills and Competencies Strong written and oral communications skills. Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment. Proactive attitude to process improvement. Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams.
