Key Responsibilities

For IT / Computer Science Intern:

Assist in sales data cleaning and consolidation (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through data). Support the creation of WHS Sales Performance Dashboards using Excel or Power BI. Work on store mapping and data visualization for regional and partner stores. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and automation. Maintain version control of files and proper documentation of tools and dashboards.

For Marketing Management Intern:

Support the development of WHS Monthly Newsletters (content, layout, distribution). Assist in gathering trade marketing materials and campaign results. Help organize promotional calendars, campaign tracking, and execution alignment with partners. Join brainstorming and alignment sessions for upcoming activations and trade initiatives. Provide admin and coordination support for wholesale partner meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in: IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics (for Data/Tech Intern) Marketing Management, Business, or Communications (for Marketing Intern) Strong attention to detail, with interest in working with either data analytics or marketing execution. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge in Power BI, Canva, or Adobe is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team. Must be endorsed for OJT / internship hours completion by their university.
