Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 

Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.​ 

Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $35 - $40 per hour.​ 

 

 

We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic early career individual looking to make a meaningful contribution to our organization during their summer break! The Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management (OETM) intern will support the OETM and larger Global Talent teams on special projects for the Global HR community as well as the CHRO and VP, Global Talent. This role focuses on driving excellence through program development, effective presentation creation, execution and delivery. This individual will have exposure to high level executives and partner across multiple departments throughout the organization, as well as the unique opportunity to contribute to an LVMH-led project. 

 

Key Accountabilities:

Partner with OETM team by assisting in the preparation and finalization of a presentation for an LVMH-led HR program.  Assist with utilization of data to create compelling stories to drive decision making.  Develop meaningful and effective presentations and/or programs for large group meetings and senior leadership as the need arises.  Develop and conduct a special project relevant to the OETM function under the direction of the Head of Global Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness. 

 

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing an MA or MBA Must be highly organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbal and written) Basic proficiency in excel High proficiency in power point.
