KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in data management tasks including data extraction, data cleaning and data validation Assist in the preparation of reports to various stakeholders, internally and externally Assist in analytical work, including performance monitoring and any adhoc research/ study/ analysis Assist in process improvement initiatives in relating to reporting and analytics, including development of new templates, optimization of existing templates, etc Assist in the administration and coordination of any departmental projects and initiatives Any other duties as and when deemed necessary

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

Studying towards a degree in Actuarial, Statistics, or Mathematics Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong competency in Excel will be advantagoeus (eg usage of formulas/functions, pivoting skills, production visual aids, VBA skills) Communication and soft skills Proficient in written and spoken English Able to communicate ideas clearly ie ability to highlight key points in simple language Team player Other requirements Confident in sharing own ideas and courageous in asking relevant questions Sound analytical and critical thinking skills Able to work & collaborate well with others towards a common goal
