Never Stop Discovering! **About your responsibilities:** As part of the Origins EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) regional marketing tribe, you will support the Marketing Coordinator as the main point of contact for EMEA affiliates and the Global team on all the topics related to our products. You will also work closely with the other EMEA team members, including visual merchandising, online, consumer marketing, supply chain, and demand planning to ensure the delivery of all ongoing and future brand projects. **Key tasks:** **_Marketing calendar and product launches:_** + Build and keep updated the FY25 EMEA marketing calendar and product assortment. + Work on new product launch strategies, including competitive analysis and price positioning. + Deliver the CY2025 retailer presentation to our 14 affiliates. + Support the marketing team in the delivery of the EMEA go-to-market strategy for our Spring launch. **_Brand analysis and performance:_** + Conduct competitive analysis and identify relevant quantitative data to define market opportunities. + Track brand performances and deliver data analysis to ensure we are reaching our targets. + Build launch recaps for all big launches of Spring 2024 and report them to the global team. + Participate in the consumer insights meetings to collect insightful information on our consumers. **_Team members coordination:_** + Support the Consumer Marketing apprentice in building go-to-market guidelines including TikTok. + Liaise with the demand planning and supply chain teams to ensure the punctuality of the projects. + Work closely with the online team to develop the B.com copy for the homepage monthly. + Support the visual merchandising team with the copy and creative directions for the new releases. + Be the point of contact for the 14 EMEA affiliates and the global team for all product-related topics. **_Events and team/brand moments:_** + Supervise the organization of an event to embrace Sustainability Month in April. + Help organize the regional roundtable to celebrate the end of the fiscal and present the new strategy. + Participate in ELC initiatives and internal events organized by HR for interns. **Qualifications** **About you:** Minimum Education Level: Soon to graduate from a Business School (Bac 4/ 5) Minimum Years and Area of Experience: A strong first corporate work experience – ideally in marketing and/or communications Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and in English is mandatory Licenses or Certifications: Additional Job Specifications: • Organization, Conscientiousness and precision in projects follow-up • Autonomous, self-starter, Flexibility & ability to handle several projects / stakeholders / key contacts • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and at ease when using new tools • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential **Convention de stage/Internship agreement mandatory** **BENEFITS** : Located in Neuilly-sur-Seine International environment with over 40 nationalities in the office up to 10 days a month of remote working 10 days of remote working in the EU within your internship framework Conciergerie (corporate store, gym center, beauty salon) A gift bag of products at the end of your internship A meal voucher card **Job:** Marketing **Primary Location:** Europe, Middle East, Africa-FR-J-Hauts-de-Seine **Job Type:** Internship **Schedule:** Full-time **Travel:** No **Job Number:** 249865 We are an equal opportunity employer.
