Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Purchasing Intern at Syntegon K.K. in Japan. 

Responsibilities:

Preparation of placing order such as information organization, downloading drawings and so onPlace purchasing orders through ERPData input of order confirmationDelivery management and follow up suppliersPurchasing data managementTake on additional ad-hoc projects as needed to support.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

Bachelor Business Administration or higher, Mechanical Engineering/Business education backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations & improve Excel sheetsStrong research and analytical skills to conduct purchasing data analysisLanguage proficiency:Advanced Japanese language skillsProficiency in English Speaking, Reading, and WritingMust be enrolled at a university or postgraduate school for the whole internship period, 6 months (From May to October 2025)Must be a non-resident of Japan
