Role Overview: Supporting the Data and Analytics team in quality systems optimization and data integration projects across QFS function and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support & DocumentationSupport implementation of quality and Data and Analytics in digital transformation initiativesDocument processes, workflows, and technical requirementsAssist in dashboard development and maintenancePerform data validation and quality checksSupport testing activitiesStakeholder CommunicationAssist in communication across different levels:Factory teams (operators, quality managers)Regional coordinatorsGlobal project teamsIT/Technical teamsCreate targeted internal communication materialsMonitor stakeholder engagement tracking“Optimistic” tool Implementation CoordinationCoordination assistance for pilot plants implementations Coordinate meetings between local and global teamsMonitor Document implementation progressSupport user adoption activitiesProcess Assessment & DocumentationLearn to conduct as-is process assessmentsInterview process owners and stakeholders to understand the needsCreate process maps and workflow documentationParticipate in identifying improvement opportunitiesDocument data flowsTraining & DevelopmentCreate training materials for new tools and processesCoordinate training sessions with stakeholdersDocument system usage guidelinesMaintain training documentationTrack training completion and feedbackSupport user adoption initiativesData & Analytics SupportDocument data quality issues

Required Qualifications:

Student on Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or related fieldBasic understanding of data analysis and visualizationOrganizational and documentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite
