Within the EMEA Retail energy center, the intern will have the opportunity to build his/her offline DTC retail knowledge, closely working with the multiple stakeholders located both at regional and affiliate level. The candidate should be passionate about retail and curious to know more about the world of our beauty brands & products. The position is a fast-paced assignment, working 95% in English and requiring some strong inter-personal skills, adaptability and independence. **_About Your Responsibilities_** **_Key tasks:_** **For Retail operations** **Monitor ongoing store operational activities in EMEA affiliates and help identify opportunities for improvement** - Identification of best practices in stores - Development of relevant Retail operational activities to align with the EMEA strategy - Liaising with affiliates on their needs to ensure smooth functioning in stores - Preparation and construction of various decks and calls to allow reporting at affiliate/regional/global level - Measurement: Scaling of best practices and projects at regional level and tracking / improving Retail sell out **Work in partnership with the ICR team (Inter connected retail) to support the digitization of our stores** - Assist in deployment of Retail Next (footfall tracking) and ensuring a smooth transition for the affiliates (July onwards) - Working on Yoobic (Store operations app) development in stores, with focus on rollout phase (July onwards) - Support the MAD Mobile (Clienteling app) pilot in Italy (September) - Support the X-store (POS system) deployment in Switzerland, Austria, Nordics and South-Africa (July onwards) - Working hand in hand with the Omnichannel team to enhance omni capabilities performance in FSS/DS **Participate in Corporate Sales Channel (CCS) projects** - Excess / Merchandising analysis to ensure efficient sales in the channel - Construction of monthly activation plan to drive sales performance - Identify additional opportunities to clear stock excess in our EMEA hubs **For Merchandizing:** **Coordinate Hero Product performance taskforce with EMEA affiliates and identify opportunities for improvement** -Performance analysis for all Brands and assessment -Preparation of communication tools -Organization of monthly/quarterly calls **Work in partnership with our Business Intelligence support team to follow up new dashboards development** ü Definition of requirements ü Managing follow up with BI team and test ü Development of training materials **Support our Brands retail merchandising performance working in collaboration with EMEA Brand teams on specific projects / taskforces (assortment optimization, Elevating Heroes, inventory phase in/out, …)** **Qualifications** **About you :** **An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.** **Available 6 months starting January 2025** **Internship agreement mandatory** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor or Master’s degree Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Previous experience in retail strongly appreciated Required Language Proficiency: Perfect fluency in English, any other European language is appreciated Licenses or Certifications: Perfectly at ease with Office pack **BENEFITS** : Located in Neuilly-sur-Seine International environment with over 40 nationalities in the office up to 10 days a month of remote working 10 days of remote working in the EU within your internship framework Conciergerie (corporate store, gym center, beauty salon) A gift bag of products at the end of your internship A meal voucher card **Job:** Retail - Corporate **Primary Location:** Europe, Middle East, Africa-FR-J-Hauts-de-Seine **Job Type:** Internship **Schedule:** Full-time **Shift:** 1st (Day) Shift **Job Number:** 249802 We are an equal opportunity employer.
