Job DescriptionAs the Student Recruitment Specialist Intern your role will be key to helping drive more business to the company.
Firstly, your job (if you accept it ;)) will be to help with the day to day international Sales booking operations for direct customers, enquiring for junior camps (Spring, Summer or Fall).
Your main duties will be to:
Advise customers (via phone, emails, online chat = multitasker needed!) about destinations, camps options, adequate programs, activities & excursions, transfers, insurance, etc… Manage your pipeline of leads and opportunities Organize phone contacts and interview requests with prospects Create and follow up on quotes Send brochures Transform leads and opportunities into bookings Confirm bookings by working with the summer camps teamYou might also be requested to perform a few other tasks such as translation, upload of files on our internal server, revamping some of our PPT material etc…
QualificationsPursuing completion of a BS/MS degree in business administration, management or a related field Problem solving and out of the box thinker needed An interest in working in Sales and/or Business Development High knowledge of Microsoft Office Fluent in English & ItalianExcellent organizational skills Outstanding written & verbal communication Ability to work independently and multitasker Positive thinking & flexibilityAdditional Information
