Our expectations:
Under Group Leader supervision, the trainee will be asked to create or revise detail and assembly drawings in 2D or 3D.
What your day to day will look like?
Work in collaboration with the Design, Analytical and Manufacturing departmentsDefine the final product for Turbine, Mechanical, Compressors, Combustion and External Components modules Support engine production in the Product Center Engineering Component Modules.More details will be provided during the interview.
What you need to be successful:
Must haves:
Be eligible to work in Canada;Be enrolled in a Canadian college or university throughout your internship;Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hiredPursuing a degree in a relevant field - Mechanical Design and Drafting, Mechanical Aerospace Engineering Technology.Have knowledge of CATIA V5 (or similar CAD software);Be developing his ability to define parts in 2D and 3D;Be developing his applied mathematical skills (esp. for tolerance stack-up calculations);Be industrious, self-motivated;Be methodical;Enjoy working in a team-based environment;Work Environment
On-Site: Please note that this internship is to be on-site 5 days a week.
