Internship - Supply Chain

**The internship**
You will join the pharmaceutical industry in a very dynamic and challenging environment as a Demand Support. With this internship you will join the Demand Team within Supply Chain Management of Boehringer Ingelheim in Milan. You will provide operational and administrative support to the Demand Specialist.
**Tasks & what you will be learning**
+ Monitor good receipts at local warehouse and manage logistics complaints for the inbound process
+ Provide with weekly and monthly reports (ex. stock coverage, out of stock tracking, Forecast Accuracy, etc)
+ Coordinate local transportation of goods from/to Third Parties, providing needed documentation (ex. Transport order)
+ Coordinate and support customs clearance process management for goods coming from extra-EU Countries
+ Accountability for Material Master Data Management for finished products
+ Offering support to the Demand Specialist in their operative work
**What We are looking for**
+ Preferred Degree in Engineering or Economics
+ Strong interest in planning and logistics
+ Advantage to have a clear understanding of basic financial and inventory measures (ex. sales, volumes, stock coverage, costs, etc)
+ Good knowledge of MS Office and possibly SAP ERP
+ Good written and oral communication skills in Italian and English
+ Good analytical skills, working with large data sets
+ Good communication, organizational and Team working skills
+ Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
