Job Description

We are looking for a student (m/f/diverse) for the Supply Chain Management -  Project Management Office department, as part of a mandatory internship for at least 6 months at our location in Schwalbach am Taunus (near Frankfurt am Main) as soon as possible.
A combination of a voluntary and mandatory internship is possible. It is also possible to write a final thesis by arrangement. 

Your tasks will include: 

Follow-Up and Task Management: Track project milestones, follow up with work package owners, and ensure tasks are completed on time.Documentation: Assist the Project in creating, maintaining and further developing project documentation, including status reports to ensure Audit readyness.Communication Support: Support developing of communication concepts, prepare presentations, and facilitate stakeholder communication.General support of PMO activities: Gather and analyze relevant data, derive solutions that support the project team to ensure project success and subsequent hand over into newly developed organization. 

QualificationsAdvanced studies in the field of business administration, economics, industrial engineering or comparable courses of studyExperience in Project Management preferredWorking Experience in an international company preferred   Expert knowledge of MS Office-programsFluent English and German skills, written and spokenAnalytical thinking and independent workingPlanning & organizational skills 

Masters degree preferred, someone who is able to drive change, push work packages and is not afraid to formulate challenging requests.
