RESPONSIBILITIESIn the field of industrial communications technology, we support operations with industrial and hazard communication technology. In addition to conventional system technologies, we use innovative technologies for early hazard detection in the process industry.
You will support us in the further development and implementation of our solutions.Possible topics include artificial intelligence (AI), PLC programming, computer vision, evaluation of innovative technologies.The focus of your work will be jointly determined depending on your interests and skills.At the Ludwigshafen site, you will work for this purpose in an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental team, in which you will present and discuss your results and implement them in the companies.QUALIFICATIONS Advanced bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field of studygood programming skills (e.g. Python, C/C++, Codesys)advantageous: knowledge in software versioning and MLOps (e.g.Git, DVC), machine learning, computer vision, network technologyvery good communication in German and Englishindependent familiarization with new topicsindependent and self-reliant working style as well as the ability to actively contribute your ideas to the teamBENEFITS From day one you will be part of the BASF family.
