FORVIA München is looking for an intern/working student (m/w/d) in Sales/Program Management
Essential responsibilities and duties:
Integrated within the Sales Organization in BWW Customer Business Unit (“CBU”), you will be responsible for the Sales development of the assigned portfolio of products, for a delimited perimeter (Program, Serial Life, Acquisitions) within our european division.
Your will support the Sales Team by focussing on the following tasks:
Work with the Sales Manager and his team on current Programs, Serial or / and new AcquisitionsCo-ordinate after training period the contact with all relevant internal departments in order to support the preparation of new quotes and offersEnsure process coherence to group standards (Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System) in order to ensure the commercial viability the offer in preparation
Develop the appropriate intimacy with your Customer contacts:Set up regular visits Build relationships with key staff in the client organizationMonitor the level of customer satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant step
Prepare the commercial offers and meet the Customers´ deadlines:Take part in defining both the targeted pricing and the negotiation path to convince the customerFormalize the offer with the appropriate wording
Serial Life:Prepare and negotiate the commercial answers to the customer ECRsTrack the Variable Cost Margin of the productsPrepare and follow-up on commercial productivity proposalsUnderstanding and rigorous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes or Commercial management for Spare Parts
Programs:Prepare and negotiate – on a proactive manner – the commercial answers to the customer ECRs with the program core team.Reviewing the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers
Acquisitions:Preparation and update of the commercial offers following hierarchy’s instructions
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum Education Level: Business Master Degree or Engineering Degree
Skills and competencies:
Fluent in English (B2+), German (B1+) is a plusInterest in technical product and production related knowhowGood analytical skills and joy in working with calculations and numbersStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint,…) Strong communication and self-structuring skillsInternational mindsetResults orientated, customer-driven, and Team player
