An Interoperability Product Manager who is passionate about driving partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to guide technology solutions from conception to launch. With a deep understanding of home health, hospice, palliative care, and the home care industry, the Interoperability Product Manager will help align, build and execute long-term product roadmaps with a bias toward action and the ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

What you will do…

Co-own the vision and definition of the product with the Executive LeadershipDevelop and communicate product strategy to executive leadership, engineering leadership and key stake holdersCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering, and other teams to translate problem statements into product needsDevelop requirement documents and mockups to clearly illustrate product ideas and conceptsPresent upcoming feature requirements and mockups to executive and engineering leadershipConduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitorsDevelop and document market and competitive intelligence (e.g. market sizing, analysis of competitor financials). Responsible for educating internal and external customers on product features and releasesLead and manage external partner expectations and relationshipsMeasure adoption and utilization of all features, products and services to determine business value to customers and companyAll other duties as assigned

What you bring…

Bachelor's degree required5+ years' experience in Home Health, Healthcare or Medical Devices required2+ year's experience as a Product Manager preferredExperience working with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD/C-CDA)Product management experience within a software development environmentKnowledgeable in building and implementing technology solutions and/or applicationsKnowledge in Agile/Scrum development processesExcellent communication and meticulous planning skillsComfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous and event driven high-performance workplaceExcellent teamwork skillsWilling to collaborate, negotiate, and influence, effectively in a team environmentAdvanced critical thinking, problem solving, and emotional intelligence skills
