This position will help to lead a team that is responsible for RPA, AI, ECM, and Adobe creative that include Adobe Sign. . We are looking for a forward-thinking individual dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and drive innovation. This individual should have experience in Automation and AI within a cloud environment. Expertise in Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, scripting, Microsoft Power Automate and Adobe Sign is a plus. The expectation for this position is to be acting as a technical escalation point for the rest of the team, as well as a main participant in leadership meetings to present material in person and work with stakeholders directly. The individual will help to provide guidance to existing developers and admins, coordinate monthly Communities of Practice, conduct agency outreach and research, as well as act as the administrator for the Commonwealths enterprise Adobe management platform. This position will be required to be on-site at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities: ·Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Microsoft Power Automate. ·Administer the Commonwealths Adobe management Platform including Adobe Sign. ·Help to create Adobe Sign Automations using Power Automate. ·Provide strong leadership to a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to optimize business processes. ·Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. ·Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions. ·Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of automation and AI engineers. ·Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Power Automate, and related technologies. ·Develop and maintain documentation for automation and AI processes and solutions. ·Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and AI systems. Qualifications: ·Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. ·Proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role. ·Strong expertise in Box, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Azure Cloud, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript). ·Familiarity with Adobe Management Portal and Adobe Sign. ·Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. ·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
