Interpret verbal communications between the English and other languages in orientation, training, team meetings and other opportunities that require interpretation. Translate written communications into other languages for Operations, Distribution Center and other areas as needed. Provide interpretation support for the interviewing and hiring process of candidates that speak other languages such as conducting interviews, providing tours, making offers of employment, administering the pre-employment test, etc. Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. Maintain reliable attendance. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
