YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the Global Legal Department, this internship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarters starting from July 2025.

Michele, Senior Legal Counsel, will support you to thrive in your missions:

Participate in M&A transactions involving external growth / disposals / restructuring (research, review and preparation of contractual documentation, preparation of signings / closings);Monitor legal relations (shareholders' agreements, licence agreements, company law, etc.) with the Group's partner companies;Involve in the Group's cross-functional projects in the field of sustainable development and social innovation (danone.communities);  Legal watch and research on cross-functional subjects.

We need someone who is fluent ,At least 1 year's experience (internship of 6 months) in the M&A department of a corporate legal department or in an international law firm,Proficiency in office automation tools
