Job Summary This Interventional Rad Tech position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5,000. This position is 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm typically, no call, hours can vary. Novant Health is seeking an Interventional Radiology Tech with Novant Health to assist physicians in performing diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the x-ray equipment in order to obtain diagnostic images. Qualifications + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, required. + Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in Diagnostic Radiology, required. Minimum of one year of experience in Interventional Radiology, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography – RT(R), required. IV Credentialed, preferred. Applicable state licensure, required. + Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
