**Interventional Technologist** **Location:** Oishei Children's Hospital Location of Job: US:NY:Buffalo Work Type: Full-Time **Shift:** Shift 2 Job Description **Summary:** Responsible for set-up and operation of all invasive and non-invasive equipment used during diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, plus performs duties required to provide optimal patient care in the Interventional Radiology Imaging Suite.A **Education And Credentials** **Responsibilities:** Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology or graduate of approved ARRT certification program required.American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT R)upon hire required. Radiology Technologist upon hire required. NYS Cert For IV Contrast Admin within 90 Days required. ARRT - R must be current and maintained. Basic Life Support (BLS) 90 days from hire or transfer required. Existing Imaging Technologists as of 11/10/2020 will have until 8/31/2021 to obtain their BLS. **Experience** **Other information:** 3 years of experience in Rad Tech position required.
