Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Interview Scheduler. In this role, you will work closely with six recruiters to assist with interview scheduling and ensure a smooth hiring process. This position involves extensive use of Outlook and requires effective communication via email and phone.
Responsibilities
+ Assist six recruiters with interview scheduling
+ Gather details from recruiters, including information from managers and about roles
+ Utilize Outlook for scheduling and correspondence
+ Communicate effectively via email and phone
+ Maintain high levels of organization and efficiency
+ Manage interactions with hiring managers and handle difficult personalities
+ Stay composed and professional in a dynamic work environment
+ Adhere to accountability standards and ensure tasks are completed timely
+ Handle ambiguity and adapt to evolving role requirements

+ Degree not required
Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite in Aksarben, with a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM. You will sit with the recruiting team, consisting of six people. The work environment is business casual, but you need to dress nicely due to the proximity to executives on the 10th floor (no sneakers). You will be using Yellow, a scheduling platform, for which training will be provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
