				MAU is hiring an Interviewer in Greer, SC. As an Interviewer, you will conduct applicant screenings, schedule interviews, support new hire orientations, and assist in sourcing candidates for employment with MAU at BMW and other client sites.

Preferred Education and Experience Experience interacting with the public Demonstrated professionalism Experience in staffing or HR within a manufacturing environment HR or staffing certifications Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Human Resources General Requirements Ethical conduct and personal credibility Flexibility and adaptability Effective verbal and written communication skills Time management and organizational skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Technical proficiency with office software and systems Strategic thinking and business awareness Ability to work collaboratively and independently Results-driven with a sense of urgency Essential Functions Screen and interview candidates using staffing software Conduct in-person and phone interviews Schedule interviews, assessments, orientations, and client meetings Maintain accurate applicant records and document interview outcomes Administer skill assessments and review results with team Provide off-site administrative support as needed Research applicant work history and eligibility Answer applicant questions via phone and in person Enforce MAU hiring guidelines and communicate status with applicants Assist Staffing Specialists in creating candidate pools for open positions Support receptionist duties as needed Source candidates through online job portals and internal databases Participate in MAU safety activities and maintain compliance with employment laws Work Environment and Physical Demands Office setting with use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers) Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours Lift 5–20 lbs periodically; up to 50 lbs occasionally
