(INTL) Content Release & Project Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Content Release and Project Manager to oversee
and execute enablement content release initiatives. This individual will be responsible for
managing timelines for Curriculum, Certification, and Localization releases and deprecations while
ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and well-informed. The ideal candidate is a proactive
problem-solver with strong project management skills, capable of driving both tactical execution
and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Release Planning & Execution:
Stay abreast of timelines for Curriculum, Certification, and Localization releases and
deprecations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of changes.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive release roadmap, aligning with broader
Enablement initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (content creators, reviewers, localization teams, etc.)
to ensure seamless execution of release plans.
Manage content lifecycle, including development, maintenance, and deprecation
processes.
Identify and drive improvements in release workflows, optimizing processes for efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring clear communication of release timelines,
dependencies, and deliverables.
Work closely with content development teams, marketing, and enablement leads to
proactively address risks and resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure teams understand their actions and dependencies based on release schedules.
Strategic Project Management:
Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and strategic
improvements.
Drive ad-hoc learning-related projects that require strong execution and leadership.
Ensure content releases align with broader company initiatives and business goals.

PR: $10-14/hr
