Job Description The Senior Manager, Licensing will report directly to the Credentialing Operations Director and will be responsible for recruiting and managing the licensing team. This role focuses on ensuring efficient processing of healthcare provider state licenses, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing licensing workflows. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage the licensing team, ensuring timely submission, processing, and renewal of state licenses for healthcare providers.  Develop and implement licensing policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.  Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing board requirements, and credentialing standards.  Collaborate with onshore leadership to support licensing-related strategic initiatives.  Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.  Provide training, coaching, and professional development for team members.  Handle complex licensing cases and serve as the escalation point for licensing-related issues. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred) or equivalent experience  Minimum of 8+ years of experience in healthcare licensing, credentialing, or related operational roles.  Demonstrated leadership experience managing offshore teams.  Strong understanding of state licensing requirements, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
