Job Description The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming, process analysis, and experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. They will be a part of a global small team across the US and India. Currently 2 RPA developers and 1 RPA admin. Agile/Scrum methodologies. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:   Design, develop, test, and implement RPA bots to automate business processes.   Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document automation requirements.   Analyze and optimize existing business processes for automation.   Maintain and enhance existing RPA bots, ensuring their efficient and effective operations   Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions in production.   Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.   Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the automation framework.   Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.   Proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role.   Proficiency with RPA tools   Solid expertise in Ui Path.   Strong programming/debugging skills in languages such as Python, .NET, Java, or similar.   Experience with development tools Visual Studio, Git, and setting up development environments.   Experience with SDLC tools for bug tracking: Jira, GitHub Etc.   Experience gathering requirements from leaders, timeline for deliverables, designing, architecture, development, QA, deployment, and Documentation!   Solid understanding of process analysis, design, and optimization.   Experience with SQL and databases.   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills & Strong communication and collaboration skills.
