ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure- In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with our infrastructure systems and support the team in maintaining and optimizing network, server, storage, and cloud environments. You will assist with various tasks, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting infrastructure projects. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about technology, infrastructure management, and IT operations.
Potential Responsibilities Include:
Work with the infrastructure team to troubleshoot technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware, software, or cloud-based systems.Support the team in performing routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups to ensure the infrastructure is secure and up-to-date.Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to infrastructure processes, configurations, and system troubleshooting procedures.Support ongoing infrastructure projects, such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, or network improvements, by assisting with testing, implementation, and system configuration.Work closely with other IT teams to assist in cross-functional projects and tasks. Provide support to ensure that all systems are integrated and performing efficiently.Requirements
