User Management Team

·       Create and manage all aspects of users and groups, monitoring service health.

Intune Application Creation and Deployment/Assignment Add, manage, and configure enterprise applications, app registrations and manage on-premises like app proxy. Upload and Configuring LOB applications (Windows and Android) Convert packaged application to Intune compactible file and upload it as Win32 app. Upload and Configuring Store applications (Windows) Deploy LOB applications to a computer/mobile devices (Windows and Android) Deploy Store applications to a mobile device (Windows, macOS and Android) Deploy LOB/Store applications to a group of users (AAD user groups) Monitor application deployment status. Create groups for deployment and assign the applications to that group. Service Administration Subscriptions and licenses assignment Reset mobile device authority (In case you want to change MDM authority) Device Provisioning. Can manage Domain. Role-Based Access controls (RBAC) assignments for different Intune roles Device settings configuration to enable Azure AD join ideally for Windows 10 devices. Can Set ESP and other profiles for Windows Autopilot. MDM auto-enrollment configurations (for Windows 10 devices) Company portal Branding Terms and Conditions setup Can configure Windows Hello for Business Can set Enrollment Restriction Rules Service availability s and notifications Reporting – Power BI MAM Team MAM Policy creation, modification, and deletion of Managed Applications Deployment/Assignment of managed application to AAD groups. LOB Application Wrapping for iOS and Android managed applications. Wrap the LOB apps using Android SDK Device/Profile Management Create Configuration Profiles Create Compliance Policies Device Life Cycle Enroll the mobile devices (iOS, macOS, Windows 10, and Android) Retire and Wipe Devices Patch and Software Update Management Handling monthly patching on all the windows 10/11 machines. Feature updates, Quality updates, Driver updates/Firmware Updates, Microsoft product updates. Software Update Deployment in the traditional way using Intune client. Software Update Scheduling via MDM policies Update Approval using Windows 10 CSPs
