We are currently seeking an Inventory Administrator to join our Building Automation Services team to be based out of our North Ryde office.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and reporting on Product In stock volumesPicking, packing and shipping of small volume stock items and distributing to Honeywell branch officesSuppliers follow up and lead time management ensuring all order metrics are updated.Manage monthly freight invoicing and cost allocationsRaising Purchase Orders for external works and suppliers as required for the Pacific Engineering support business

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Must be an Australian citizen, willing and able to achieve a government security clearance of NV1SAP experience – highly recommendedInventory Management Experience preferredMicrosoft applications training / certificates (or equivalent experience) – Intermediate to Advanced level appropriate5 years+ in an administrative / secretarial / Inventory systems roleAdministration / Clerical experience essential
