Your Team & Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Analyst, where your analytical skills will shine! You'll optimize inventory control programs, establish maximum and minimum inventory levels, and manage forecasting, procurement, and vendor charge of the shipping process for our local customers, handling all related paperwork, reviewing damaged orders, and filing claims. Your keen eye for detail will help streamline inventory control and order processing while identifying cost-saving opportunities through equipment changes and process onsite support for racking and provisioning systems and tackle special projects as assigned. If you're ready to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Your day to day:Administer and maintain inventory control programs.Update Sales Force system to give visibility for the entire corporation.Establish and maintain maximum and minimum inventory levels.Perform all essential tasks related to forecasting, procurement, vendor relationship development, and purchase order management for all items and equipment.Support with the maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans, and similar data.Manage and monitor the entire shipping process to local and global customers including handling all the related paperwork and procedures (dimensions, weights, export, etc.).Review damaged orders and file claims with shipping carriers.Perform various logistics-related audits.Streamline inventory control and order processing. Identify cost savings opportunities which may include equipment changes, process improvements, or distribution change.Racking and wiring for system provision.Provide onsite support to ops on provisioning systems.Complete other special projects as assigned.
What you bring Meticulous attention to detailExperience with large amounts of data (Google Sheets/Excel experience)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of computer equipment (service, systems, hardware, and server components)Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility to easily move between tasksAbility to prioritize and communicate internally properly.
