Inventory Analyst

As a supply and fulfillment analyst, you ensure we have the right inventory in the right place and the right time for customer purchase.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate and manage purchase orders, inventory store transfers and allocations on a timely basis to adhere to defined inventory management practices and performance objectives. Ensures that replenishment system variables are accurate to drive correct purchase orders, manage inventory and provide logistical efficiencies. Review forecasts and orders, manage exceptions, and communicate in a timely fashion to internal and external partners to support smooth product flow. Develop and implement solutions for addressing large seasonal or promotional shipments. Effectively work with supply chain team members to ensure proper inventory management processes are in place.


Qualifications

High school education or general educations diploma (GED) required. Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or other related field preferred. 3-5 years of previous related experience preferred. Previous retail experience is desirable. APICS or other forecasting certification preferred. Knowledge of JDA Demand and Fulfill, Oracle Demand Planning, Oracle Retail Management System, Oracle Allocation, JDA Advanced Store Replenishment (E3Slim), SAP/APO, Manugistics, or other demand planning software is preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with all walks of life. Strong math and computer skills, specifically in the Microsoft Office Suite
