Inventory Analyst
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Inventory Analyst in the San Antonio, Texas area. This role is key to our operations, focusing on data analysis and manipulation as well as maintaining and supervising our MRP data. The successful candidate will join our team and contribute to improving our service delivery by effectively managing customer OFR and addressing product waste root causes. Responsibilities: • Utilize your expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages for effective data manipulation. • Oversee and manage our MRP data to ensure seamless operations. • Monitor customer OFR regularly and take necessary actions. • Prepare and collate all necessary data for SO& E meetings. • Track and analyze product waste on a weekly basis to identify and address underlying issues. • Apply your skills in Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, IBM AS/400, Interface Engine, About Time, Auditing, Communication, and Customer Service to enhance our service delivery. • Maintain regular communication with customers to resolve inquiries and improve customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in Epic Software is required for effective management of inventory data. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential for streamlined business processes. • Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is necessary for managing the company's database systems. • Ability to use Interface Engine for seamless data transfer and integration. • Experience with About Time software for efficient time tracking and project management. • Auditing skills are necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy of inventory records. • Excellent communication skills are required for clear and effective interaction with team members and other stakeholders. • Strong customer service skills are essential for providing support to sales teams and addressing client queries.
