Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Inventory Analyst in the San Antonio, Texas area. This role is key to our operations, focusing on data analysis and manipulation as well as maintaining and supervising our MRP data. The successful candidate will join our team and contribute to improving our service delivery by effectively managing customer OFR and addressing product waste root causes. Responsibilities: • Utilize your expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages for effective data manipulation. • Oversee and manage our MRP data to ensure seamless operations. • Monitor customer OFR regularly and take necessary actions. • Prepare and collate all necessary data for SO& E meetings. • Track and analyze product waste on a weekly basis to identify and address underlying issues. • Apply your skills in Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, IBM AS/400, Interface Engine, About Time, Auditing, Communication, and Customer Service to enhance our service delivery. • Maintain regular communication with customers to resolve inquiries and improve customer service.
