Job Function:
Oversee all aspects of equipment management and RMA process from send-out to receipt. Perform order fulfillment per requests from field installers and/or CS team.
Responsibilities:
Receives shipments physically.Cleans, refurbishes and tests returned equipment.Coordinates all repair shipments including requesting RMA, shipping, receiving and testing.Understand and adhere to HIPAA guidelines for all communications.Other duties based on business needs and cross training for other fulfilment duties such as prepping, pick, pack and shipping orders will be required.Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in an office or customer service environmentAble to stand for more than 1 hour continuously, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, and tolerate use and exposure to household cleaning productsKnowledge of MS, Excel, Internet, and web toolsSkilled at work organization, prioritization, and problem solvingWilling to work alone and with a teamAbility and flexibility to work under deadlinesAbility to accept direction, positively respond to urgent task requests, and ability to prioritize multiple projectsPrevious inventory experienceConnect America is a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
