As Inventory & Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for  ensuring the accuracy and adequacy of spare parts inventory, overseeing procurement and storage processes, and managing workflows and CMMS transactions.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of maintenance spare parts inventory.Oversee sourcing, purchasing, receipt, storage, and kitting of spares.Achieve savings through procurement levers, continuous improvement (CI), and inventory optimization.Manage spare parts workflows and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) transactions.Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

About you
 

Experience:

In-depth knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and CMMS applications.Training, certification, and experience in warehouse management will be an asset.Understanding of material planning concepts applied to Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).Experience in handling hazardous materials will be an asset

Soft and technical skills:

Experience in using SAP will be an advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Languages:

Fluency in English, Hungarian is a must

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, or related field.
