Description We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in San Mateo, California. This role involves managing inventory, assisting with packing and organizing goods, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in varied environments and handling physical tasks. Responsibilities: • Track and record new inventory to ensure accurate documentation. • Assist with packing and unpacking boxes to maintain an organized workspace. • Reorganize existing products as needed to optimize storage and accessibility. • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including the preparation and movement of goods. • Perform warehouse duties such as sorting, labeling, and organizing items. • Work in different settings, including warehouses and outdoor tents, as required. Requirements • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds. • Comfortable working in diverse environments, including warehouses and outdoor spaces. • Basic understanding of inventory management and organization. • Skilled in picking and packing items efficiently. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
