Description We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Assistant to join our team in San Mateo, California. This is a contract position that requires attention to detail and a proactive attitude to manage inventory tasks efficiently. The role involves handling various responsibilities related to organizing, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities: • Track and record inventory to ensure accurate documentation of new and existing stock. • Pack and unpack boxes while maintaining organization and care for the products. • Reorganize inventory as requested to optimize storage and accessibility. • Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods. • Perform duties in diverse work environments, including warehouses and outdoor settings. • Handle physical tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds. • Ensure the workspace remains clean and organized to support efficient operations. • Collaborate with team members to meet inventory management goals. Requirements • Prior experience in warehouse duties is preferred but not required. • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds. • Comfortable working in various environments, such as warehouses or outdoor tents. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Basic knowledge of packing and picking processes. • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
