Inventory Associate

**Job Description:**
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Inventory Associate** to join our warehouse team in Sarasota. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory records, processing returns, and supporting our customer service and service departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Process daily returns from customers and coordinate with customer service on RGAs
+ Handle vendor claims and maintain organized documentation
+ Receive and process inbound stock transfers from other locations
+ Perform inventory counts and part number verifications as needed
+ Maintain an organized RGA shelf and inspect returned parts for resale condition
+ Scrap inventory as directed and manage restocking of returned parts
+ Assist with weekly Toro stock order receipt and put-away
+ Direct stock movement using bin-pick-frequency reports
+ Maintain bin location availability and supplies inventory
+ Support shipping, packing, and pulling orders when needed
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience
+ Previous inventory management experience
+ Forklift certification preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

**Job Title:** Inventory Associate
**Location:** Sarasota, FL
**Pay:** Competitive, based on experience
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
