Inventory Associate

Ecolab, the global leader of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Inventory Associate. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, preparation, and shipping of all customer orders. Additionally, the role is responsible for accurate material handling and cycle count functions.

What You Will Do:

Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (e.g., ERP or other software).Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system data.Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages or overstock.Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory as requiredStock Replenishment:Work with procurement teams to identify and forecast stock needs.Monitor supplier performance and assist in managing lead times for stock replenishmentEnsures constant communication with management on daily activitiesAssists in training teammatesOther duties as assigned

Position Details:

Plant location: High Point, NCWork week and shift: Monday thru Friday 6 am - 3:30 pm, some weekends required as determined by plant.Compensation package offered: $18

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalentPrevious plant or warehouse experiencePrevious forklift operating experienceNo immigration sponsorship offered for this role 

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift/carry 50lbsMust be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a team

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$18.00 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
