Description:
The Inventory Representative is responsible for the integrity of our inventory as well as the responsibilities and procedures outlined within this document.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:
Perform inventory functions daily within the distribution center. Audit inbound and outbound lanes while supporting location team needs. Run audit reports using but not limited to the following; Arhaus reporting Arhaus POS software (Storis) Physical accounting of exceptions Conduct exception audits routinely covering both physical and system locations. Running daily, weekly, and monthly audits; the goal being to protect the integrity of the inventory. Ensures all company policies, and procedures are followed.·
Requirements:
· High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 1 year in inventory-related roles, including warehouse, delivery, or returns experience, and familiarity with UPS shipping and return processes.
· Computer Skills: Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, with experience in WMS or delivery software, and UPS shipping software.
· Knowledge: Understanding of general warehousing and distribution practices, including order processing, picking, shipping, and returns.
· Flexibility: Willing to adjust work hours as needed to meet business demands.
· Utilize computer and telephone daily for various tasks.
· Perform repetitive processing steps.
· Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
· Adapts swiftly to change and performs effectively under evolving conditions, demonstrating strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
· Builds respectful and productive relationships; collaborates with others to achieve shared objectives.
· Strives to meet or exceed customer expectations, both internal and external.
