Our client, a leading distributor, is looking for an Inventory & Office Clerk to join their team in Hayward, CA. This role supports the Warehouse Manager and Operations Team with administrative and inventory duties, ensuring smooth daily workflows and accurate recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
File digital and hard copies of paperwork (pick tickets, manifests, route sheets)Process daily route manifests and attached signatures into Eclipse systemHandle incoming phone calls and emailsProcess driver paperwork and assist with HR onboarding for new hiresEnter new employee data and timesheets into timekeeping systemAssist Inventory Control with cycle counts and conduct daily row countsPrepare/process CODs and daily bank depositsSupport management with credit card reconciliations and monthly reportsMaintain updated employee files and training recordsLog and ship coupons weekly to corporatePerform other administrative and operational support duties as neededRequirements:
2+ years experience with distribution or supply chain softwareProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelHigh school diploma and strong work history requiredMust pass background check and drug screenForklift certification and ability to lift up to 44 lbs unassistedStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust live within 30 minutes of HaywardPay & Schedule:
$22.00Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PMOvertime as needed
